All-Pro Hydraulics is proud to offer these benefits to our employees. We have grown and expanded our facility over the past few years which has allowed us to explore options to help benefit our employees, and in some circumstances, their families. Currently, we have in place for eligible employees who would like to take part in a pre-tax payroll deduction:
• Dental - All-Pro pays 75% and the employee pays 25%
• AFLAC - Accidental and medical
• Edward Jones - Simple IRA retirement plans. All-Pro matches up to 3%
• Paid holidays (9)
• Vacation: 1 year to 4 years, 1 week-- 5 years to 9 years, 2 weeks --10 years +, 3 weeks
• Tool Program: This allows the employees to purchase a tool and charge it to the company. All-Pro will pay the invoice and the employee will be responsible to repay the company with a small payroll deduction each week of $25 (depending on the amount charged to company. It could be more.)
